After we receive the payment for the product, the product is usually shipped within 2 working days from Faridabad. We use Track-On Couriers to deliver to most parts within India. The areas which are not covered by Track-On are serviced by EMS Postal service.

International

All orders which constitute more than a month's supply (i.e. 4 or more bottles) will be shipped by Courier (Aramex, Business-Post, Initial City Link or TNT / FEDEX) . In USA, parcels are mailed using USPS. Countries where EMS is not available are served by major courier services like  Fedex, Aramex, TNT etc. For all other countries, parcels are sent by EMS or associated courier services. You can request for a tracking number after 72 hours of placing your order.
Air Mail Delivery Time : 15-20 working days (from the date of despatch)
EMS Delivery : 8-10 working days (from the date of despatch)
Other Courier Services : 6-8 working days (from the date of despatch)

Custom Duties

International customers: Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected from your country. There will be no Refund on shipping costs if your product is rejected and returned by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt. If package is returned, all other costs are refunded except minimum shipping and handling levies i.e. US$25.00 (for all countries).

Returns Policy

Cervirite.com range of products are guaranteed to be of the freshest and highest quality available. We think you'll be delighted with any of our products. However, if for some reason you're not, simply return the unopened or partially used product along with your receipt-letter within 60 days of your receiving the product, and we'll credit your charge card or refund your check or money order. Sorry, no refunds on empty bottles or packages. Refunds are applicable only for International Customers. No refund requests are entertained from people within India.
